Introduction to ND Interpreter & Medical Service

The ND German medical treatments office specializes in the comprehensive treatment of overseas patients especially those of Arab origin.
The German healthcare system is highly valued abroad and has a high status worldwide. In many countries inside and outside of Europe, medical care is poor or in some cases not guaranteed at all. Medical experienced staff help patients approach the correct medical facility needed and can include assigning a case worker to assist patients (and their carers) obtain and assemble the necessary paper work for their German visa applications and organize all their living logistics (per requirements) before they arrive in Berlin. Once here, their medically experienced case officer will meet them at the airport and check them in at their treatment centre/hotel or furnished rented apartment. The case officer and his colleagues from their onwards will be available to accompany the patient/carer 24/7 (as needed) for general/medical consultations and to insure correct translation/communication with the medical practitioners treating the patient to ensure correct understanding of all matters involved to avoid all language caused issues. The case officer will thus become the patient/carer eyes and translator working on behalf of the patient to ensure smooth treatment and correct procedures taking place. He/she will further be responsible to explain all complicated medical and logistical issues for the patient/carer making their whole stay as efficient as possible. Following discharge, the case worker can continue to liaise between the hospital and to act as the patients’ representative to ensure the patients’ post-discharge interests.
